This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Handitova Platform, including individuals or entities who form an account on the Handitova App or website to crowdsource independent service providers to perform delivery services ("Senders"), individuals or entities who form an account on the Handitova App as a driver and/or otherwise perform delivery services, including at the request of, or for the benefit of, a Sender ("Drivers"), or individuals or entities who form an account or otherwise sign-up to be a driver or Sender on the Handitova Platform, or to potentially access and use our Services and the Handitova Platform (collectively, "Users"). This Privacy Policy also applies to the recipient of delivery services ("Recipients"). Users and Recipients may be referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as "you," "your," or "yours."

By using the Handitova Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our Platform or give us any of your personal information. • Internet activity information, such as information about your usage of the Platform and our Services, such as the pages you viewed on the Website or App, the services and features you used or interacted with; your browser type and details about any links or communications with which you interacted; internet protocol (IP); browser plug-in types and versions; and operating systems and platform.
• Geolocation information, such as pick-up and delivery addresses.
• Financial information, such as payment card and bank account details and billing address.
• Sensory or surveillance data, such as voicemails, recordings, and footage from video surveillance cameras.
• Communications data, such as during our communications with you we collect the content of these communications as well as metadata about the communications, i.e., date and time of the call or text (SMS or MMS) message and phone numbers; when you post questions or reviews, or contribute to our blogs or on Handitova's community forums or social media pages we collect the information that you provide, including the contents of messages or attachments you share with us, and other information you choose to provide.
• Information provided by third-party services such as Facebook or Google when you create an account or log in to our Platform using your Facebook or Google account, including your name, profile picture, email address, and friend list.
• Information you provide in connection with a job application, such as your resume, cover letter, or any other information you provide to us.

We collect personal information directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you register for an account, make a request for Delivery Services, communicate with customer support, or otherwise interact with us.
